Description
A fun "sandwich" cookie on a lollipop or popsicle stick.
Ingredients
- 1package Ritz-type crackers
- 1 jar peanut butter
- 1 large bar chocolate, white or milk, chopped
- 24 popsicle or lollipop sticks
- sprinkles or icing to decorate
Instructions
Make "peanut butter sandwiches" with the crackers and peanut butter. Place a popsicle stick in between the crackers to create a "cookie pop." Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Dip cookie into chocolate and lay on wax paper to set. Sprinkle while melted or decorate with icing after cooled. These are great for Christmas, too.
