Description
Quick no-can pickles that cure in the freezer!
Ingredients
- 7 c sliced cucumbers
- 1 c thinly sliced onion
- 1 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 T salt
- 2 T celery seed
- 2 c sugar
Instructions
Mix vinegar, salt, celery seed, and sugar together, then pour over cucumbers and onions. Set in refrigerator. Stir once a day for 4 days, then put in pint freezer containers and store in freezer. When you are ready to eat them, remove from freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator.
