1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello2/3 c. boiling water2 c. ice cubes8 oz or 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed1 c. strawberries8 or 9 in. graham cracker crustCompletely dissolve jello in boiling water, stirring about 3 min. Add icecubes, and stir constantly until jello is thickened, about 2 to 3 min.Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Using wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip, thenwhip until smooth. Fold in fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixture willmound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 3 hrs.
