1/2 lb. Butter
4 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons Prepared mustard
4 Tablespoons Catsup
1 clove Garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients together and melt SLOWLY while stirring constantly. If you've never made a butter sauce before, you want it to the point that there are no chunks of butter left, and not beyond. Add 1-2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Slather on salmon steaks or filets while cooking, reserving some for passing at dinner.
