Breakfast
on Week-ends for me is usually Zuchinni & Scrambled Eggs,Little Smokies, Fried Potatoes, Biscuits & Gravy.

I love breakfast. Usually fix a big breakfast over the weekend. During the week I need something quick. I grab cereal in the morning with fiber to prevent me from feeling too hungry later on. Has anyone tried LiveActive cereal?

Some combo of yogurt, fruit, and maybe a English muffin (WW) with fat free cream cheese. Coffee - water.

old fashioned oatmeal with no sugar added applesauce (strawberry or blueberry)
OR
plain cheerios with a drizzle of honey
OR
a smoothie made from plain lowfat yogurt, frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, a banana and a bit of splenda, and occasionally a hit of o.j.
and ALWAYS a big 'ole cuppa coffee with cream and sugar

I usually have hot cinnamon and clove tea with skim milk, toast, and berries & bananas topped with yogurt. I do look forward to breakfast.

but when I do remember, it's cottage cheese with flax seeds most of the time.

I eat in a hurry
so I make everything on the weekends. I make muffins or quickbreads for breakfast and this is one of my favorite places for healthier and higher fiber breakfast reciepes. Yum!

It's like a routine...
On weekdays I eat oatmeal for breakfast. I love the strawberry flavored oatmeal the best. Peach is good too.
