First... the 3 items you need to beat any early sign of infection or knock out an existing one fast.

'Silver Biotics' from American Biotech Labs - 8 oz.
'Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract' from Wakunaga of America - 4 oz.
'Oregano Oil' ...Wild Mediterranean from any good source... Nutraceutical Science Institute (NSI) brand is decent - 2 oz.

All 3 are easily found at a great price on the internet and also at your favorite health store. The first 2 should be under $15.00 and the oil around $18.00. Then it gets easy...

1-2 oz. of the Silver + 1 oz. of the Garlic + 3 drops of the Oil in a small glass or as a shot.
