Mustard Conundrum

im in need of assistance: mustard for me was just on leftover turkey sandwiches and now for Christmas I was thinking of trying to mix it up for the holidays. i was wondering if anyone here are mustard fans like myself but also make tasty recipes with it. has anyone tried using dijon mustard with those recipes, i hear that is more popular.. anyone use something like Grey Poupon Mustard

usually you can use any kind
If you switch up different mustards, most of them will work in most recipes with just a bit different flavor. But obviously don't use a very spicy one for people who don't like spice.
Yes thats true becky, but
Yes thats true becky, but have u ever used a coarse mustard, Grey Poupon has a harvest coarse ground flavor, that has whole mustard seeds. I know some people use it as a rub on meats or on salads. I've never used it like that but theres a recipe for a salmon bake that sounds really good. its on greypoupon.com in their recipe section.
