careful what you wish for

Why it was just the other day that I posted for you all about how heartbroken I was that my youngest child had started pre-k when the next morning..BAM! his pre-school teacher called me in for a "conference" about how he was better off not staying for the extended/ full day until he was more ready and that I should pick him up at the earlier time slot.

And here I was just getting ready to begin my career again.

Oh well, I guess I am still needed at home.
