It's back!
I'm not going to liveblog Dancing with the Stars again this time, I'm just going to pop in now and again with some observations. I could NOT believe how well that Sabrina kid from the Cheetah Girls could dance! I don't think I've ever seen someone come straight out of the gate like that and barely put a foot wrong. She had the sparkle, she had the moves--she looked like it was week 8, not the very first show. If she hadn't put in that hiphop section she could have had straight 9s and maybe even a 10. I was blown away.
And is it just me, or does Disney have a lot of slightly chubby young women on its roster lately? And by slightly chubby I mean normal-looking non-anorexic girls. Sabrina, Raven-Simone, even Monique Coleman isn't bone-thin. I'm almost optimistic!

Woohoo! Dancing with the Stars!
I always have fun watching Dancing with the Stars. So many of the celebs looked amazing for the first show, especially Sabrina. Never heard of a lot of them, but I guess I'll get to know them. I think we're going to be watching in bits and pieces and not voting this time, though--I'm usually trying to get Miri to go to sleep when it comes on.
Disney gals
One thing I have noticed is that the girls on Disney shows don't look like little hookers. You seldom see belly buttons and most are dressed pretty nice. In fact, Hannah Montana shirts are really pretty long. I guess they decided that since schools don't allow the kids to wear the trashy clothes, they shouldn't advertise for the, either.
Don't watch Stars myself. But then, I don't watch anything for myself anymore. With the exception of American Idol, I haven't watch a regular series show since Friends went off. LOL!
our picks
So far the girls and I like Sabrina in the girls and Helio in the guys. I hardly know any of this bunch, but they're real fun to watch so far, especially that goofy Albert!
