anyone do Weight Watchers?

My husband does WW off and on. He does much better when he attends meetings. He just can't hold himself accountable at home. But I also thinks he likes the attention of being the only male there (our little town just has one meeting a week, and he is related or knows most of the women there).

Write down your points, religously, faithfully, and honestly. That's the only way you can do it alone.

Thanks for the tip. I do write points down but not as well as I should, and it seems like the weight just won't come off...even a little...LOL...Thanks again!
