Hi Ashley, we've all been there and many of us are STILL there! Smiling It does get easier. These early days with a preschooler and a baby are the hardest. Your kids are the same age difference as mine are, and I thought I'd lose my mind some days. Just keep reminding yourself: It does get easier!

As for tips, this site is chock-full of all kinds of help for stay-at-home moms. Just look around--follow the menu at the top--and I'm sure you'll find much of what you need. And if not, ask!

For routines and stuff, see if Flylady fits your style. A few of us on this site try (or attempt to) follow her system for keeping house and stuff. Then we talk about it (and other things) over on the Flybaby thread. See her site at www.flylady.net, sign up for her emails via a Yahoo group, then join us back here to visit!

Of course if you have any questions about anything specific (or not), feel free to start up a thread about that, too! Most of us have all been there, done that, or will eventually be there. LOL! I have 4 kids, ranging from 10 down to 19 months. Even two little ones is HARD!

Stick around and hopefully we can get to know you!

Welcome to TNH Smiling

I think routines are a great help. I couldn't manage the whole flylady thing myself, but I've used lots of her ideas. I think it's well worth checking her out, even if you don't end up doing the whole system.

I've got a 3 year old and am going to have another in 6 months, so soon I'll be in your position. Stick around here so I can pick your brains in a year's time!
