One thing my email when I created my thn account is no longer active so I have a different email now. I think its on my order but if not its [deleted]. That may be the problem too. Anyway I wouldnt have missed it beccause we were so busy with the beach and now planning to go on leave to the mountians. Thanks for fixing it though. change your email in your profile, pleaseOtherwise if you ever need to reset your account etc you won't be able to.
