Does anyone know what to do with Polish Garlic? They're still growing from the previous owner's garlic bed. I originally thought they were leeks but they're smaller and taste different. I tried using them like leeks but was underwhelmed. I wonder what to do with them.
I call them polish garlic because, like I said, I don't think they're leeks. The previous owner pointed to them and said "garlic". Then at the grower's market by our house they had something that looked just like them labeled "polish garlic".
I've looked around online and haven't found any satisfying answers yet.
