My couch is ruined!

I experienced some water loss or basically, my house flooded from a water filter breaking. The company hired to dry out hte house spilled a coke on my beige couch. Now they want to clean it. I don't think that will work, the coke soaked all the way through to the bottom of the couch. What should I do? Let them clean it? Force them to replace it? Help!
