These Gotz dolls are high quality dolls with beautiful hair, sweet expressions, and loads of fun accessories. They are made by the company that used to make the American Girl dolls so their clothes are interchangable. Actually the Gotz dolls are a little bit better quality because the hair is planted, not a wig.
DD bought one of these with her birthday money and is over the moon for her. She's six and just the right age to have a little-girl doll like herself, not just baby dolls. DD's already planned how she's going to spend any further birthday or Christmas money for the next four years--clothes and accessories for her dolly.
They're soft enougth to sleep with, easy to dress (except the shoes, mama has to help with those), and DD's doll has become her constant companion.
This is the doll brand you want for a doll that will hold up over time.
