We have a heartbeat!
I announced on the Flybabies thread that, at my Tuesday midwife appointment, the baby was indeed shown to have a heartbeat. I am now about 12 1/2 weeks along. And Lynn, my prediction came true-- now that I am in the second trimester and have less nausea to distract me, I do notice the burning from the Lovenox shots much more. But it still is a low enough dose that it goes away after a few minutes.

great news
That's great Becky
yay!
Except for the Lovenox. I would always come out of the bathroom and say, "OK guys, wait for it... 5-4-3-2-1... ow, ow sonofabitch, ow. OK, done." It didn't make the pain go away but bitching about it helped. It got better as time went on and I felt better over all. When I first got out it was horrid.

Yay Becky!!
Yay Becky!!
not a SOUND, actually
It was moving around too much to hear. So she did an ultrasound, and we saw it instead of hearing it.
