OK, so we are now moved in. Whew!!! BUT, the yard is, umm, ugly. So, it needs some plants. I have wants and wishes, but the local nurseries are SO expensive. Any ideas on ways to get the plants I want at a decent price? Also, has anyone ever used the mail order catalogs to plan a garden? How did that go? I'm leery, as I have had some neighbors say the plants got here all mushy, but I need a less expensive way to plant.
Thanks!
