Good UK map website?

Submitted by Honey on Fri, 06/30/2006 - 8:25am.

DS is having a party soon and I need to send maps with some of the invitations, explaining how to get to us. I know of www.streetmap.co.uk but I don't want to print a small map of my local area, I want something covering a wider area. Any one know a good site?

Thanks Smiling

does anyone you know have Autoroute?? I have it and it might be more suitable than streetmap. When we need directions it's usually what we use. Depends how far away your people are coming from perhaps. remind me again which day his birthday is (and this time I'll write it down, since I don't think I have yet!).

If you type google maps in google, a great site pops up which is just the ticket Smiling I typed in my postcode and the other person's postcode and you get a map and a step by step breakdown of the journey. Ideal.
