That looks really cute
That looks really cute Jilsyt! (What is your real name??!!) Very nice outside and look at the floors and walls inside. A nice clean slate. Don't clutter it! It would look great with some shrubs and color in front - yes I'm already giving you advice!! Is it right in Southbend?
Congrats! Well done.
Thanks!
It's right in South Bend, over by the river. Nice neighbors (we walked around & chatted before making an offer), and pretty area. It's right on the edge of the Chapin Hill area (spelling?).
BTW, my name is Jillian. And no worries on the advice, this is my first yard, so I'm taking (& tossing) lots of advice and planning accordingly!!
Looks very nice!
exactly the pretty kind of American house I think of when I think of nice American suburbs (unless I'm thinking Florida!). I'm sure you'll love it to bits, and even it isn't your dream house in the end you'll learn things from it before you're ready to move on, so that makes it a win-win situation!
hope you're all very happy there.
Kerri.
cute! I see shrubs or roses
cute! I see shrubs or roses out front. And ferns on the porch with some rocking chairs! Love the floors!
Charming!
I love the interior colours! Congratulations. I hope you will be very happy in your new home.

Whew!!
Now to make "The Move". We hired a company called UPack, they leave a truck here, we load, they drive it and leave it there again. This way my DH could travel with the kids and I (not to mention it was actually cheaper than Uhaul or Budget! Mainly because you pay your own gas with the Uhauls, etc). Ahhh, baby is awake gotta run. Thanks for all the suggestions for the yard, love 'em!!
