OK guys, here is our new thread!
I know it has been slow here lately. I have not been able to post much due to my wrist plus my busy life (my parents are here, work, etc.) But it made made sad not to see our thread up - esp. with all Lynn is going through.. So in her honor - I am posting!!!

packed for our Disney trip (leaving in am)

vacuumed kitchen
I guess that's it.
Hope everyone is doing well. I will check in tomorrow am but will probably not be posting again until Sunday when we get home - we are NOT bringing a laptop! 'Puter free vacation!

I've been pretty much doing nothing but packing all week, or I might have thought to post too-- sorry about that. Anyway, TADA: packing. PODA: packing. Thursday PODA: supervise movers. Friday PODA: unpacking.
I've been able to do a LOT of decluttering, finally, thank God. I try to do it anyway of course, but you know it's easier when you're moving to throw things out and be ruthless. We've been in this apartment for three years, and the last two moves happened when I was too sick to do much decluttering. DH did some but he is not as into it as I am, and was very busy at those times anyhow. So it is a great blessing to me that I am finally able to throw out things I've been wanting to get rid of for years.

Just been REALLY busy!
My mom was here last week (as well as my stepfather, grandmother, and aunt). For DD9's birthday, Mother's Day, and had all the kids AND Jeff baptised! They left Monday morning. Yesterday I spent a good chunck of the day doing bills and paper stuff, this morning I got the garden planted. In between dealing with Drew (who finally rolled over on Monday!!). And trying to plan out my new business venture. LOL!
Hope all are doing well. Becky, don't overexert yourself on the move!

There are boxes, boxes, everywhere. How did I get so many books? We are drowning in books, CDs, DVDs, and videos. A lot are DH's but I take the blame for a lot of them too. I want to get rid of a bunch of them.

Long time no see...it was slow here awhile so I kinda took a break.
Took the kids to our local fair yesterday. Rides,food,games,fireworks = 1 tired and penniless mom! Why does fair food and kiddie rides cost an arm and a leg???

Becky-glad you are moved in. Is this a smaller or larger apartment? You can make a few $$$ selling your CDs,DVDs,etc at those second hand video stores. Any nearby?
