Know a good Tomatillo Salsa recipe? (Salsa Verde) Comment on this item

I've been hankering for some good salsa verde and got some tomatillas, cilantro, and peppers at the grower's outlet to make some. Except I can't seem to find a recipe online that I trust. Well, heck, found a recipe in my Chevy's cookbookAfter I posted this it occured to me that my trusty Chevy's Fresh Mex Cookbook must have this recipe, and shurnuff, thar she wuz. It's an elegantly simple recipe that tasted great. I put too much cilantro in it, but that can be fixed in the morning by putting more tomatillos, onions, and jalapenos in it. But I love cilantro so I might just leave it as is. However, if you do have a good recipe, do share, I can compare! Anhata Post new comment |
