you could try Limewireif you feel brave and daring! You can look up any file, whether it's music or something else and then it gets downloaded from a few places at once. Only problem (for me at least) is that you're basically downloading it from someone's PC files, and guess what that means - when you switch Limewire on others can access some of your files too. I don't know whether Lynn or some of the other more technical people here have tried it and how they feel, more info about how it works. My father's the one who started this, and there's some funny stuff to find, like Victor Borge's Phonetic Punctuation for example. Things you never expected to hear again! Personally I get a bit antsy with it because I worry about my security. but for finding a copy of just about anything Limewire's probably a good choice. Kerri. ![]() Thanks Kerri! Sounds neat,Thanks Kerri! Sounds neat, but I am a little nervous about security. If I have a security program, will that take care of it I wonder?? Any more ideas? What about itunes? ![]() Loving ItBut I've only been at it for a month and I do have an ipod. I have downloaded great running music, and wonderful folk music, and even some kid music for DD. It has worked like a charm so far! I've used itunesIt's fine, pretty easy. Also you can download a lot of TV shows on it. My school has free downloads from ruckus.com, but I haven't tried that one. ![]() Hmmmmm. Where would youHmmmmm. Where would you watch the TV shows, Becky? On your 'puter? Any more ideas???
