Description
Ingredients
- cos lettuce, washed and torn (handfuls) (aka Romaine in the US)
- baby english spinach leaves (giant handfuls)
- green skinned pears (usually 1 per two people), cut from top to base and sliced thinly
- 1 bunch continental parsley, chopped
- raw walnuts, roughly chopped (a large handful)
- 3 to 4 limes, squeezed
- large clove of garlic, crushed
- dash of apple cider vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions
Throw the lot together in a giant bowl, toss and eat.
