Follow the Detox

Over at Natural Health Information Center blog young Ben is detoxing by order of his dermatology professor. (Ben is a naturopathic student.) He'll be posting the full program every day as well as his progress, and reminds us all that now is not the time for detox; spring is. Take notes to use in a couple of months, maybe?
