Description
Ingredients
- 1 c olive/canola/vegetable oil
- 1 c red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c olive/canola/vegetable oil
- 1 c red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat at least 30 min.
I marinated chicken overnight and then threw the entire bowl in a pan and sauteed with sliced onions and red and green bell peppers.
This is not "spicy" at all, so if you like a little "bite," add more chili powder to taste!
