Science Project: Build an Electrostatic Motor out of Stuff Around the House

If you've got a bamboo skewer, something like BluTac (I imagine Playdoh would work), a disposable cup and some foil, you've got the basics of an electrostatic motor. It runs on static--like pantyhose static. We're going to try this in the next few days I think.
