Okay, me first!
1. Stop buying Dr. Pepper because I need to purge my system of it!
2. Use more of my smell good lotion to make me feel sensual and good about myself.
3. Get rid of all the things that mean nothing to me but make me feel wasteful when I toss them.
4. Change my name for a day and visit another city.
5. Concentrate on being comfortable with me.
6. Try to be happy when I wake in the morning.

1. Stop buying so many magazines just because I'm too distracted to read a book or get to the library.
2. Use more of my mountain of scrapbooking supplies.
3. Get rid of old girls' clothes.
4. Change my breakfast to include fruit and protein every day.
5. Concentrate on whatever I am doing in the present moment.
6. Try to be wife and mom before worker bee.

4. Change my morning routine to incorporate some yoga and make more productive use of my natural earlybird tendancies.
5. Concentrate on making more quilts.

1. Stop buying anything non essential because Christmas has cleaned me out! Again.
2. Use more of my common sense regarding looking after myself
3. Get rid of clutter! All rooms to be decluttered thoroughly this year!
4. Change my bedtime from 2 or 3 am to 11pm
5. Concentrate on one thing at a time.
6. Try to be more proactive

1. Stop buying junk food because the kids ask for it.
2. Use more of the quilting fabric I have that's taking over the closet.
3. Get rid of this stupid cold/sre throat thing.
4. Change my attitude about my 15 year old's attitude.
5. Concentrate on doing something to keep myself physically and mentally healthy everyday.
6. Try to be more aware of the moment and not so worried about what's to come.

1. Stop buying lunch and dinner out it because of poor planning.
2. Use more of the yarn in my boxes of yarn.
3. Get rid of the dresser that my cousins want (as in get them to bring down that U-Haul!).
