Decided to Sale

I know I have mentioned my writing as my main occupation, well that and being a mother, but my DH and I have also purchased and developed a few properties--on a very small scale. Up until now we haven't sold anything, we have rented out what we have built. But we have made the decision to go ahead and sale one of the homes we built...renters have destroyed the home and we have had to renovate a home barely 3 years old (with our own monies)...and making two mortgage payments each month in California has just about wiped us out!

Without this sale, it is nearly impossible for me to return home on a full-time basis; in fact, the financial circumstance has me trying to work more hours away from home just to try and make ends meet. I have even taken to allowing my youngest son to ride the school bus so that I am alloted about an extra hour a day for working. This is not what I feel my purpose is for, not what I feel called to do. I feel called to be at home with my family, taking care of my children.

Anyways, can anybody take a look at our listing and tell me if there is something I need to add, delete, consider, etc? I have never sold before and I am not so impressed with the realator we have hired--he's good, but not hearing our true concerns.

And any ideas on how to go about selling/marketing please let me know!!!
