Charlottesville Virginia?

And my best friend from high school went to UVA law school. I grew up mostly in Fairfax County when we were in the US (Dad was w/ State Dep't) so know plenty of UVA-ers although I am not in touch with most of them any more. I also went to the summer program there when I was a little kid-- we did a unit on opera and I went to see the Barber of Seville at the festival there. I remember the area reasonably well.

My husband is at UVA Law at the moment, that is what brought us here. We will be here until the end of the school year - and then off to find a job!!
We do love it here, although I have not really gotten as involved in the community as I would like... kept thinking, "I'm only here for two years" but two years is a long time!

Hey, I'm just down the road in Roanoke. I have been to C-ville many times, hair shows, conventions, and my husband used to go to UVA to the neurologists all the time, and he had 2 surgeries there as well.
