Early this morning - at 0230 to be precise - I was awoken by the restlessness of my two canine houseguests. Talk about serendipity! I was treated to a phenomenal light show. There is tremendous sunspot activity [1] this week. The result will be more widespread viewing of the Aurora Borealis - and potentially, disruptions to cell phone and satellite services. TNHer's at more northern latitudes should be able to spot the dancing northern lights. Enjoy!
