MMMMMM Crockpot Cube Steak Take a package of cube steak (I used 2 pounds tonight), flour and brown it. Place in crockpot with a sliced onion, and a can of beef broth. Cook on low about 4-6 hours. The last 30 minutes, take 2 envelopes of brown gravy mix and 1 envelope of country gravy mix and stir them with 2 cups of water, pour over meat. Serve with mashed potatoes!!!
