EASY SouthWestern White Bean Chicken Chili

Description
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast tenders/ OR* One Lg pk Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 1 family size Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- 4 can S&W Baby White Beans, drained
- 1 chicken boulion cube
- 1 larg white onion,chopped
- tbsp chopped garlic
- tbsp chili powder
- tbsp cumin
- half cup chopped cilantro
- one 4 ounce can diced green chilis
- aprox 1/4 of a 4 ounce can diced jalapenos (or to taste)
- 1 c shred Mexican style cheese
- Tortilla chips
- sour cream to top
- sour cream to top

Instructions
1.Either pre-cook the chicken in a pan sprinkled with a little chili powder, or use the Grilled breast strips (I get mine at Costco.)Cut or shred into chili bite size.
2. Add all to a crock or pot and bring to a low simmer, until hot and onions are just tender. Don't over cook, or the the beans will cook away.
3.Stir in cheese so it won't glop.
4.Serve with sour cream, more shredded cheese, and salsa, with Tortilla chips to dip, or chrunched up on top.
EASY and YUMMY! I make this for gatherings, or for our family dinners with leftover to boot. Someone ALWAYS wants the skinny once they try it! It is also cheap to make when funds are low. Even my Little Guy likes to eat it while using the chips as scoopers.
