Description
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 can of biscuits (10 count)
- 1 c sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 can of biscuits (10 count)
Instructions
Preheat to 350 degrees F.
Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan on low heat. Cut the cream cheese in 20 small cubes. Flatten biscuits with fingers, sprinkle with cinn/sugar mix, place 1 cram cheese cube in center and wrap biscuit around to seal. I flatten mine out so that they almost look like little fried pies. Place half of biscuits in the pan. Sprinkle with half of cinn/sugar then half of butter/brown sugar mixture. Layer remaining biscuits, then cinn/sugar then butter/brown sugar. Bake for 50 min then let cool in pan for about 5. Invert onto plate.
The girlfriend that ate this the first time said there were nuts in hers and it was good. They were on bottom and top.
These are YUMMY to eat warm but just as good once they are cooled!
