Quote in Parents Mag
Well, as I am flipping through Parents at the dentist office guess how surprised I was to KNOW someone who sent in a quote/story! Our own Lynn, who told a little story about a bathroom incident with Josie while she was preggers. 
Topic was something like what daddy's diaper duty or something like that!

I can't remember how I submitted that--in fact, I'd forgotten I'd submitted it until Parents called to fact-check. John's stomach has gotten a lot stronger since then, but at the time, it was made of absolute glass.
The story, not for the weak stomached: I was 7 mos pregnant with Lou and not feeling so hot, in fact I ended up going into the hospital with a little premature labor on the way home. We were at the Oregon coast for John's beloved grandmother's funeral; Louisa is named for her, in fact. Josie was about three. Suffice it to say Jo had a really really bad case of explosive diarrhea in a little portable chair we brought with us--not a potty chair. He was so sickened he left the beach house gagging and I had to clean up Josie, the floor, the chair, the towels--it was bad.
