I know it's Memorial Day weekend for most of you, but that also means it's the official start of summer right??
I'll paste in Shaun's recent comment from the last thread so nobody loses it... next post.
it's time HOPE came out of hiding and told us how she's doing with her planned walking programme...
anybody got any plans for the summer that might be considered remotely healthy or fresh?? I'm going to get out there and enjoy nature when I finally move (about the 23rd June now), but just for today I have a large bowl with some footsoak and some cold water in... I'm going to add a kettle of hot water and also take mytablets before my phone reminder drives me totally nuts - it is working though, for the most part! I set the phone to go off at 9am and 4pm for tablets. That also gets me at least one extra glass of water in the morning before lunch, which is something I was still struggling with.
Let's get our bodies moving ladies, see if we can lose some excess whatever, just while we're having some fun!!
