Dh is home, and I am moving furniture with a vengence...gonna steam clean my living room carpet and wipe those nasty baseboards down! It is expected to be 104 today! So should dry quick! lol
All the furniture is in desperate need of spring cleaning also...so am gonna steam clean my sofa and loveseat, and wash curtains in that room. Right now, it feels a bit dingy, and dusty. Gotta rejuvinate the room!
Tada
Up early-2 loads of laundry going (our laundry)
made my side of bed with DH in it. ha ha
kitchen spiffed up-water bottles washed and filled, and in freezer!
Happy Monday everyone!
The trouble with bucket seats is that not everybody has the same size bucket~Maxine
Ok, school is out! Then why did I wake up earlier than usual? Huh, what is UP with that!!!???
Anne, you and the floors and baseboards just have a ball with eachother today. Where did spring go?
Going to work on some decluttering I think. And laundry. I'm excited that I don't have to go anywhere til tonight (2 ball games). After that, the week is free! Oh, I do need to clean and return the table and chairs I stole. Maybe DH will do that for me.
Going to make some lists, too. I like lists. Update my main todo list, list of plans for the summer (fun list), book list, menues list. Yeah, I like lists. And going to update the kids BBR and MR that is in their bathroom. Things have changed in the past 2 years when I made it, so it needs to be updated (and kids need to stick to it!).
Did I tell ya the party went well? The slip n slide was a HUGE hit!! That and just a hose with the sprayer kept the kids happy til the sun went down.
Also, my cat that had kittens last weekend decided I could be trusted enough with them. Yesterday she moved them all up to the garage (that I had purposely left cracked open for her). I got her a better box with an old towel in it for her, and six little kittens are happy. Three calico, three orange and white. Just a week old, they have tiny ears and eyes are still shut. SO CUTE!! Haven't checked the gender yet (though calicos are usually female).
Hey all -- I had the worst week last week!! Some of you may remember my new work as a project manager, which involves hiring others for some aspects of publishing a completed volume. Without getting into detail or griping at length, let me just say that it did not go as expected and I ended up working practically 'round the clock. Yuck!!
So the crisis has passed, but I still have to see if I can get my next project in a bit late, since now I am behind on *it*! Between this and killer PMS (and whom is it going to kill? ) I have not been a happy camper the last several days.
Happily, spring has finally sprung. I sat in the yard while DD2 napped and did my work while sniffing the miniature lilacs and enjoying the sounds of our fountain. Just waiting for DD6 to come home from school. School is not out here until June 14th! Is that crazy or what?!
Nothing FLY-related to report from today, though I did clean a lot yesterday.
TADAs:
put away groceries -- even the nonperishables -- right away!
unloaded/reloaded DW
took DD2 to "coffee break" with mom friends
went a bit crazy on Amazon
-- wanted the 8 Minutes in the AM Kit, but then wanted free shipping so I got another book, but that wasn't enough so I ordered a new 4-qt. pan to replace the one lost in the fire (Le Creuset in Red, they have a great price!), and then I saw that I could save another $25 if I bought about $25 more, so I ordered a Crock Pot! --
did freelance work
PODA
fold kitchen linens
new load of laundry
make quesadillas w/ refried beans for dinner
try not to fall asleep before 9 am!

Yes I am here reading Jenny! Glad your party went well.
Shaun, that free shipping thing on Amazon gets you , doesn't it? I always end up ordering more than I had planned just to get the free shipping. I hate paying for shipping. Sorry about your rough week! Here in Western NY school is not out until June 24th! How is that for crazy?!! We still have 5 weeks left! So we are not really thinking summer yet. Still lots of field trips, homework, etc. to go.
Hi Jana!

Is just my ambition, patience, and sanity draining away. School is out here on June 10th (DS14 on the 15th), but before that there is a 3 week period of total insanity. We are out straight and in 4 different direction at once, AND DH is still trying to get that building done. He has run into some delays, so the opening of the new business will probably be right, smack in the midst of it all. Calgon, take me away!
TADA from last night:
caught up on the laundry
dishes
swept
bathrooms
counters, sink, & stove

I hope I'll have time to pop in and post some. If not, look for me on June 11th!

Wow, Shaun, so sorry about the work troubles. And the PMS. ((((Sympathies.))))
I myself went a tad bit crazy last night. After an emergency run to the grocery store I sat in the driveway listening to the end of Ravi Zacharias, feeling all peaceful and "spiritual." Walked in to two spools of thread wound round and round the LR, a boy with cr*p smeared all down his leg, soggy cereal dumped on the carpet, etc. Boy also climbed on my bed, so DH washed sheets for me. Bit o' head spinning commenced. DH is cleaning carpets for me tonight, though. Sometimes head spinning gets results. When interspersed with apologies. "I'm sorry, I'm really really really sorry...but I'm a little bit CRAZY right now!!!" Oh, the tandem tattling, too. One boy on each side of me, "Mommommommommommom" telling on each other simultaneously. Finally, hands over ears, I shouted "BE QUIET!" I'm a big one for the irony. LOL!
Okay, I hope that made Shaun feel a little bit better. Otherwise I just embarrassed myself for nothing.
So, we did the homeschooling today (TA DA), but my house is worse than ever before. We're talking CHAOS. I mean by Flylady's definition. If anyone were to come over, I'd probably try to crawl under the sofa. Except who knows what's under there. Probably dirty wipes.
See, we're back with the tummy troubles again for DS5. Sigh. I can't keep up with the dirty underwear laundry, much less anything else. I'm completely defeated. So, I guess I'm disqualified from this thread for a while. Not that it'll stop me from posting here.
But, we did go over to our friends' house and play/sew today. I got the bib finished this evening for the shower tonight, then called and backed out of going. I'll run it by her house later this week.
I think the carpet cleaning will lift my spirits. Also, painting the girls' room. I'm going to do the Woolie roller technique (two colors splooshed together for that foo-foo effect). I'm using the dark pink I quit halfway in the living room with because I didn't like it downstairs, with some light pink I just bought at Wal-mart. It'll be great in the girls' room.
Until then, it's bound to be a mess around here. Once things are cleaner/brighter, I'll feel more like flying.
Also, final confession then I'll hie myself to the kitchen to make "more french toast" as I am being pleaded with to do right now (yes, my dinners are soooo nutritious lately).
I think my problem with flying stems from the difficulty I have getting up before the family. We all sleep too late. So pray for me, you praying ones! I'm going to try to get up about 30 min. before my family. I have failed utterly at it the last few weeks and I think that's fed into my mindset, just plain discouragement. Maybe knowing someone out there is praying me out of bed will help! LOL!
This time a mom pulled the "I have to work and you don't" card on me. Says that is why she can't get to practices and games on time, and was complaining that her son was only 5th in the lineup. OMG. Thing is, I saw them at the Tball game right before ours and OFFERED to her husband to take her son with me (since the games overlapped). I didn't realize this til AFTER the game was over. Still, I'm fuming over this. Parents, just let the kids have fun and you sit back and enjoy the game.
Anyway, I'm fuming. And tired. And I'm going to bed. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Has to be. No games or practices.
Seems like it's been forever since I've posted here. I have been keeping up somewhat by lurking, but it's just been too hectic to post very much.
DD is done with t-ball until the June 18 Jamboree. Yippee!! That will free up some time at least. They lost their tournament, though.
Work is somewhat better. Still working on a project, but at least the tension has eased. Maybe the tension was just mine.
We're cash poor right now; I get paid Friday & DH a week from today. This will be an "extra" payday for him this month, so that will help a lot. I was able to take a little advantage of some SUPER meat sales at the grocery this week. I got NY strip steaks for $5.99/lb. and ground chuck for $1.99/lb. Lord! I never thought that ground chuck would be a BARGAIN at that price! Geez! I wish I had about $50 extra this week and I'd really get my freezer full of meat! Oh, well, isn't that the way it always goes?
My TADAs this morning:
* Laundry - put away two loads; one load in washer & one in dryer now
* Unload & reload dishwasher
* Changed purses
* Organized my to do list for work & personal
* Had my quiet time/devotions before DD got up
Well, I need to run. I need to get dressed and take out a bag of trash to cart at the curb.

Y'all are making me grateful!
No clean carpets, yet, but only because we were low on the soap. So DH is going out to get supplies today. After he rests up a bit.
TA DA:
*Roast in crockpot
*Jello salad chilling until I can put it together
*Breakfast made
*I am dressed
*Helped DD address a thank-you letter to her aunt. She wrote it all by herself! With stationery her aunt had sent (hint hint).

My PODA:
*Finish dressing young 'uns
*Minimal homeschooling (really want to finish up those readers!)
*Quick pick up and vacuum in the LR
*Then, clear out the girls' room and sand, clean, and tape. That alone will be an all-afternoon affair. I'll probably end up painting tomorrow.
I gotta go. Emma's cranky-fuss.
Wow, DD just wrote another thank-you to my mom. All of her own accord. I'm so proud of her!
Dropped off Eric to school(big field trip~3 rivers), and that is the end! Gabriel is home officially, I talked with his kinder teach, and she said, come in Friday sometime, and I'll give you his final report card! So, we are officially done with school mornings til the 13th of August!!

Anne, what kind of typing program did you get? Been looking for one for DD8?
Susannah, what on earth are you doing to the girls' room?
Vonnie, glad thing have eased up a bit.
Susan, did you ever find out what the mysterious car was doing outside your house?
Game went well last night. somehow, our kids learned how to hit!! WOW!!! And in the end, I think we ended up winning (in tball and in minor juniors, we don't keep score). The bad point in the evening was a parent. Again. Different one. Complaining she didn't like the way I made my line up. I do it in the order they arrive to the field. Which she claims is not fair because she has to work. Wait, I told ya'll this last night. Anyway, I didn't sleep well last night, kept having bad dreams about parents.
DH rented Fat Albert last night. I couldn't get into it.
Well, what do we have lined up today? Gotta clean this desk. I didn't get around to it yesterday. Need to weed the garden, but I think I'll wait a couple days when the temps go from upper 90's to upper 70's. Easier on me. It did hit 101 yesterday. sheesh! At least the AC is working (but not as good as it should. Someone is supposed to come look at it late this week or early next). More laundry. And we are in the bedroom this week, right? Maybe I'll find the surfaces in there.

Tomorrow I will help out at the LDA office while DD is in preschool. The secretary is on honeymoon and they need help with the phones and some copying.
Then Thursday my mom comes to babysit DD in the afternoon while I help out in DS outdoor science day. Pizza for all kids and parents is a bonus as well!

Looks like you all are staying busy as usual, we are as well. It's HOT here, staying indoors as much as possible.
I've been going threw my own form of "boot camp" for the last couple weeks. Working on the house, routines, 27 fling boogin, and also trying to develop some better eating/exercising habits Sort of trying to form some good habits and break some bad. What can I say; I'm a work in progress...
Too much to TADA but I am reading along everyday. gotta run, savannah's awake. see yall in a bit.

Well, I got the girls' room cleared out, sanded, dusted, vacuumed, and taped. I scooted the bunk bed and dresser to the middle of the room. Now I need only remove switch plates and PAINT!
First, I have to watch the Woolie video one more time. So that's my PODA for the a.m.
TA DA: I also sorted the toys in the boys' room, since all the toys are in there right now. Got a little floor space cleared. I think my kids have too many toys. I flung one garbage bag of giveaway toys and one of trash. I don't get it; it's not like I don't declutter. I really, truly do, all the time. What gives? It must be the small house + five kids phenomenon. We really do downplay the birthday giving...one or two gifts at the most per child. And we try to give consumables, like art supplies. Sometimes I find little things at yard sales, but I declutter the ones they don't end up loving.
Now that I have their room empty, I am wishing I could keep it that way. It looks so nice! It would be so much easier to clean.
Got dishes loaded in DW and set on timer; washed remaining by hand. Started a load of yucky pants on prewash. Those things are rinsed, prewashed, washed, washed again, sometimes "boiled" and washed again....
DH is running the Bissel in the living room, bless his heart. We're following in AnneP's footsteps. This time around he'll be the one stressing about the dirt tracked in. It's amazing how we take ownership of the things we clean.
He's been thinking through how to get a wood floor for not too much. He's even considered doing his own tongue-and-groove on plain boards. I am so grateful he is handy.
DH took them all (but Emma) to the river tonight for fishing, but to his dismay, as soon as the fish started biting, the kids fell apart. So, back home they came, no fish on stringer.
Now I have to go fold a pile of laundry, which is sitting on my bed, if I want to go to sleep. Oh, the ironing pile is there too. I don't think I'll be getting to that tonight. As usual. Maybe I can find another place to pile it for now.
I swapped my hours today & don't go to the office until 12:30/12:45. We're having our annual work comp audit & I figured it would be easier for me to be on site if she has any questions (which she almost always does), instead of the office calling me and having to deal with DD screaming while I'm trying to talk (that's a semi-new thing with her).
So, I have gotten a few things done around the house this morning so far:
* Folded load of towels; have load of dark clothes washing
* Made up both beds
* RSVP b'day party for DD Saturday
* Make personal to-do list for today through Friday
* Reviewed my work to-do list for today
* Checked my menu plan for today
* Clipped coupons from Sunday's paper & purged my coupon file of expired ones
My PODA:
* Unload dishwasher
* Put chicken out to thaw for dinner
* More laundry - dry dark load; wash a light load
* Get a newspaper so I can get grocery ads
* Make a menu plan & grocery list
* Get w/friend to give her b'day card & gift
* Work at office 12:30-3:30
* Clean bathroom
Not a glamorous day here, as usual. Both DH's and my work is closed Monday, so I'm looking forward to a really laid-back weekend. DD has a b'day party Saturday afternoon, but it's pretty clear other than that, thanks to no more t-ball season. I want to get my writing plan & goals together this weekend and start getting it on starting Monday.
DD starts her summer program school a week from today. She's looking forward to the activities and being with a group of kids. She misses that when school is out. We went to one of her t-ball friend's graduation from kindergarten last night. It was really cute & sweet. DD did pretty good until the last 20 minutes or so, mostly mingling after it was over. She pitched a fit when it was time to go & so she lost her swimming priviledges today. Of course, that punishes Mom as much as it does her! So far she hasn't said much about it this morning.
The "chore chart" is working pretty well as incentive to behave, too. She can only get 2 frowny faces in a week; any more & no ice cream. She can get bonus stickers for extra helping or extra good behavior. She gets stickers for helping make the bed, giving our dog food & water, going to bed with no fuss, brushing teeth, putting clothes in hamper & putting her plate on counter after meals.
Well, it's time to put fabric softener in the wash, so I'd better run. I hope y'all have a great & productive day!
Wow! This fun school (aka homeschool lite) is fireing the kids up, and getting them up.
Tada
kids feed-their MR done!

today is DS's last day of middle school. I can't believe he will be in high school this fall.
Jenny, the car outside was a PI, he stayed around for about 2 weeks. No one knows who he was investigating.
Susannah, way to go with the kids room. I also love empty spaces and fresh painted walls.
Anne, sounds like you and your family are going to have a great summer.
Jamielea, congrats on the positive changes happening in your life.

buy graduation cards (5), write checks and mail
fix dinner burger, fries, carrots/celery sticks

DD19 is finally waking up, so time to get to work.
Ugh, Anne!! I don't wanna wake up early!!! Summer vacation is for sleeping in! Actually, my kids were up before me, the girls were coloring in their room. I love that they are getting old enough to do their own thing. And Chance is a little. He woke up and turned cartoons on and snuggled with me for a little while. And said "Hewo mama". Melts my heart!!
Susannah, the only toys I can actually part with are Happy Meal ones. wow!
Ok, I did find most of my desk yesterday. Time to fine tune it today. Finished my church meeting minutes from a month ago and emailed those in. got all 29 of the little cheerleading uniforms washed, counted, and packed away til fall. Had Chance in cloth diapers all day yesterday, since we didn't have to go anywhere. Maybe he'll get potty trained this summer. Or I can save money on disposables. lol. Only supposed to be in the upper 80's today, and the weather changed from %10 of rain to %70. DH got on top of the house and got the bathroom sink unclogged, so I got that bathroom cleaned last night. Found the top to the dryer, and part of the top to the dresser. Yes, I'm rambling.
Ok, PODA:
*want to declutter another garbage bag of garbage. Ok, my house is not littered with garbage. Just papers, wrappers, other things of trash that just find their way to the floor and counters.
*make some bills, pay some bills
*find some more surfaces
*more list making. I like lists.
*go to post office and school for news for paper (I hope she has the sports awards for me). DH is plowing, will take him some lunch.
*find cordless phone. Been missing for days, battery is dead and won't beep.
*may think about doing OAMC again (or TwiceAMC)
*maybe update website. Pictures of 4-wheeler and kittens
Yes,Jenny,do update your site...I wanna see you 4 wheelin'!!!!
Summer activities.....hmmm...have a list of free stuff put on by the local park district and some free stuff put on by library. The beach, park, and zoo are always free too. I try to do lots of low cost/free activities in the summer, can you tell? Another good free idea if you all need one is to contact newspapers or factories. They give free tours here of Coca Cola factory,Malley's chocolate factory, city newspaper,etc..
Susannah-finished pictures of the room are in order okay? I love pictures but am unable to figure out how to do my own on the computer??!!
Well, our old neighbors are coming for pizza tonight so better go.
I updated the website:
www.jandjessary.com/updates
It's hot. my AC is working, just not as cool as it should. You know how pregnant women need their AC. LOL! I've got all the ceiling fans going, and I'm not really motivated to do much. Rain supposed to be rolling in this evening, then a few days of cooler weather. Maybe that will make me feel better. I put off watering the garden for the rain, rain water is always better than out of the hose.

How are you guys?? We are doing great- Alexa will be 1 year old on Sunday!!! I can't believe how fast time went and I have this beautiful little girlie here. I am more amazed at her each day. She is walking, saying some words. I love seeing the world for the first time through her eyes. She is a spirited kid though- thats why I haven't been around much. I have to watch her every second or she gets into big trouble!!!
I tried to catch up really fast- big waves to everyone!!
Jenny I loved the pictures!! Your children are beautiful. Good Luck with the tball parents. When my dstepson played baseball I saw how nuts parents can act. There are some scary people out there raising kids. I think its great that you are coaching so dont let some idiots ruin the fun!!!
Susannah, I hope your ds is feeling better. At least Dh has been helping you out. Hang in there. Big prayers for you that you can get up earlier. It always makes a world of a difference around here too and I only have 1 kid to prepare for. Plus lets me have some much needed me time.
Jamielea, great job on working on your health. I did weight watchers for a bit to lose the 10lbs of baby and I felt great. Ir eally need to drink more water, exercise and eat much better. I ahve been through the mcdonald's drive through at 930pm after work too many nights... I think I need to watch Supersize me again to remind me how bad fast food is. Maybe we can motivate each other to get healthy...
Big waves to everyone else. My tazmanian devil (sp??) is currently unloading all the stuff out of my pocketbook. Heres a quick tada and poda:
~make list of things I have to do for ALexa's party next Sat. I love lists too Jenny.
~decide what the heck to give as favors to the kids. Any ideas??? About 15 kids from 1yr to 12 years old. I checked out the $1 store and couldn't come up with much.
~ cleaned the floors in kitchen, entry and living room
~Alexa and I had oatmeal and fruit for breakfast
~get address of friend and send her invitation finally
~print out some pics
~water plants
~wrap stuff for Dsil baby shower Saturday. Get organized with stuff I need to bring to decorate
~wrap dbil and dniece bday gifts. Party on Monday for them
OK have a great day. I have to put the wild child down for a nap and take a shower. Bye Love Jack

...another emergency milk run.
Great to "see" you, Jackie! I loved the Tazmanian Devil comment. LOL! I've got one of those. I find my makeup all over the house. She's tall enough to get into drawers now. But cute, of course. I think she's destined to be an actress.
Jenny, I sure hope it cools off for you. The weather's been surprisingly cool here and we've gotten away with open windows and oscillating fan.
Anne, you should post in the homeschool thread. I would love to hear about your fun school.
Heidi, outdoor science sounds cool.
Well, I couldn't even reconstruct my morning if I tried. Had to go out for milk and got swamped the minute I got back. Like, everything happens at once. I always feel like I'm a day late and a dollar short. No matter what I'm doing, I *should* be doing something else. Always under pressure, etc. So I escape to TNH, even though I should be doing the girls' math drill and Elias's reading lesson.
I have no idea what's on tap for today. One thing's for sure, I've got to prime an area in the girls room with Kilz. There's a place where someone wrote on the wall with a marker and it's bleeding through the paint. I'm going to try to re-do that wall anyway; it's too patchy.
Oh, TA DA: I painted most of the girls' room, except for the alcove (where the gable sticks out from the roof). I don't think the results are all that spectacular. But, one wall looks pretty good. I'm not going to worry about the one with the bed against it, but I will re-do the Kilz wall for better results. It's supposed to look sponge-painted, but I can't get it even. You have to be artsy-fartsy with this kit, and as anyone can testify who knows me, artsy I am not. You can't cut in first, you have to paint first and "fill in the blanks" with a little sheepskin brush...arrrrgh!! And the plastic handle broke off it halfway through, so here I am patting paint on the walls as with a powder puff, basically. I had such an awful crick in my neck. I can't get it to look right no matter how many times I go over it. And then the paint gets sticky and starts pulling off....etc.
Maybe hiring someone isn't such a bad investment.
I didn't get done and cleaned up until nine o'clock last night. Yes, I was feeding my kids supper at nine-thirty. I felt terribly guilty! At least they ate well. There's just no possible way to do it all.
PODA
If I don't have to help DH in the yard today, I will paint the alcove and kilz wall.
Susannah, I fed the kids at 9:30, too. And all they got was hot dogs. LOL!
Jackie, good to see ya pop in! As for party favors. We went to a party last month and they gave little gift bags of little stencil rulers, toy rings of lip gloss, bubbles, ring pops, and a cheesy little toy that has the little metal ball you try to get into the holes. I didn't give any favors at our party, and I think the kids were just a happy.
I actually made pancakes this morning! WOW! I had a craving, and I caved. DH will be upset he didn't get any (well, he can have leftovers). That was enough to bribe the girls into picking up Chance's legos that are ALL OVER THE HOUSE!!! LOL! Yesterday the AC decided to not work, and I just did nothing. Except another garbage bag of stuff. But that was kinda cheating, it included pizza boxes and the big box from the cake. Had to go to inlaws at 8 to pick up DH (he moved the tractor to a field by their house). Stayed there for a while, but didn't get fed. Which is why we got home late to feed the kids.
Spectacular light show last night. Lightning nonstop, was really pretty. Unfortunatly, only a sprinkle of rain. Lots of lightning. %80 chance today, but so far nothing on the radar. AT least it has cooled off, just in the 70's (Susannah, my aunt rubbed it in when I talked to her yesterday about the nice weather there). gives my AC a rest til the guy can come out and fix it.
I'm not sure what today holds in store. I was thinking maybe town. Chance REALLY needs a haircut. maybe if Dusty has a slot open, I'll do that. And then groceries. Don't need much, just some basics.
I fed DD and DH dinner Tuesday night at 9:15! Granted, we had decided at the last minute to go to a friend's K-5 graduation that started at 6 & wasn't over until 7:45! I had marinated steaks that day, so we really needed to cook them so they wouldn't be too wet the next night. So, we had grilled steak, baked sweet potatoes w/cinnamon & sugar, an awesome salad (MY kind of salad - green onions, tomatoes, cucumber, slices of boiled eggs, grated cheese and bacon bits!) and little dinner rolls. So, don't feel bad; sometimes life just happens!
I've purposely stayed off the board this morning so I could get some things done at home. This is my day at home & since we're between school programs, DD is here with me. She's been really good, though. I've had to field a phone call from work & then make one and for the most part she's been good.
My TADAs:
* Laundry - folded towels, DH's uniforms & a dark load; last load of lights are in dryer now
* Unloaded dishwasher
* Made cinnamon rolls for b'fast
* Baked two dishes of brownies
* Have a loaf of wheat berry bread in the bread machine as we speak
* Started a grocery list
* Made up both beds
* Addressed envelope for t-ball picture to a player
* Addressed envelope to photographer re: error in our order
* Filled out rebate form & cut ISBN; will need to copy it at work tomorrow before I mail it
* Put envelopes & Netflix movie in mail to go today
* Made phone call to adoption agency that they left out our copy of post placement report in package
* Have done a ton of research online and some reading in book about getting articles published; I am motivated now
* Looked at finances for next two weeks - boy are we lean! Good thing I got all of those great meat deals last week at grocery!
* Invited my inlaws and my mom & stepdad over on Memorial Day to cookout burgers and dogs
Looks good written out, but I still have a PODA:
* Find my mini-recorder so I can record random ideas & thoughts for writing articles, etc.
* Finish the last load of laundry
* Cut up brownies when they cool & put on plate
* Clean the bathroom - SLUG from earlier this week!
* Clean out the refrigerator
* Make my menu plan for the next week based on meat in freezer & sales this week
Not too bad, really. I feel good about work right now; I am more caught up than I have been in probably 5 years! I am going to pack up some old files there next week and send to storage to get them out of my file cabinet so everything is not so stuffed!
I hope everyone has a great day. I'm gonna go see what I can get done!
We had pizza and wings at 8:30 last night due to a baseball game!
DH is painting our guest room/computer room so our puter is out of service for 4 or 5 days! So I'm breaking my rule and posting at work! Still checking in when I can. At least he's painting.
Sounds good Jana! We are looking forward to a summer break too -- I will have a real vacation from freelance for a few weeks (as opposed to the vacation-ruined-by-fire) and DD6 will be done with school.
Sunny day, but strangely I feel just as lazy as I did on all the rainy ones. I just want to relax and enjoy the spring sounds in the yard!
Vonnie, you truly are a powerhouse! I can't think of anything to post for TADAs. Let's see:
Picked up Usborne book order
unloaded/reloaded DW
quick mopped BR
folded sheets/dried kitchen linens/started whites
Dropped off "mystery mom" gift (kind of like Secret Santa)
Well, that makes me feel better -- not *totally* lazy!
PODA:
Get corn ready to grill (rain will start up here again soon so today is the day!)
Freelance work
Work on summer schedules
Menus/grocery list
Folding/laundry put away
That should be enough, I think. Better get that coffee started.
Hope everyone is having a great spring day, whatever the weather! (Jenny, do even *get* a spring?)

Well, yes, I do! Spring? What's that. We went from 100's a couple days ago, to it just being 60 and cloudy today. What the...?
Anyway, we ended up going to town. Chance REALLY needed a hair cut, but the lady that usually does his hair didn't have anything open til Saturday at 2 (which is an hour after the wedding we have to attend, so no good). So, took him to a barber shop (sister of our renter). I've had funner times in my life. Chance was just horrible!! But, finally got it done, and no bald spots from all his thrashing around.
Went to the library (someone explain to Chance that you must be QUIET in the library!!). The girls got books, I didn't even get to look thanks to the holy terror. Shelby's sandles fell apart (brand new ones that she got for her Bday from Gram in GA), so she had to go barefoot til we hit Walmart. Subway for lunch, took it to the field for daddy, and back home. Most groceries put away. Chance is outside having a fit that gates are locked. Is it nap time yet?
I made DD go to bed early last night (she was in an ill mood), so she was up early, early this morning. I knew she would be, but wished she'd slept a little longer. Oh, well. We're both up and at 'em early today.
Hopefully, this will be a fast & uneventful day at the office. I've tried to anticipate things better and get rather caught up, so maybe it will be quiet. And it's payday, so it can't be all bad!
My Mom wants me to meet her, DD, my SIL and her kids at the park for a picnic when I get off work today. I'm going to go put my check in the bank and meet them. It should be fun. A nice change of pace. My MIL has a gift certificate to eat at a restaurant that's about 45 minutes from here. It expires Monday, so she wants us to go with them tonight and eat there. We probably will. DH said sure, why not?
Since I'm posting before I've done anything, I have a PODA that looks like this:
* Get beds made
* See if there's enough clothes to make a load of anything
* Get showered and dressed, makeup done
* Work at office
* Drop off final cable bill
* Make deposit at credit union
OK, DD is driving me nuts talking so I'm going to go before I lose it! She starts talking as soon as her eyes open in the mornings & I need time to wake up good before I have to start hearing yapping, so it's not a good combo this a.m.
PODA
shower and dress
1 load laundry
vacuum FR and upstairs
pick up dog flea stuff
bread outlet store
lunch/park with friend
buy veg plants at nursery with DH after dinner
game or movie night
DH rototilled the veg garden last night so we are anxious to plant some out there this weekend. We have to install at least a 6ft high mesh fence to keep the deer out!! My mom brought over some perennials from her yard yesterday and I put them in the front flower bed last night. They look good there.
Susannah- outdoor science is an annual event for 4th graders that lasts 2 days. The entire school day is spent outside rotating from station to station. Each station features a different area of science manned by the teachers with parent volunteers guiding the groups of kids from station to station, etc. Our school property is among forrest, ponds, bogs, streams etc. so there are alot of water type activities to investigate. It was fun and the weather was perfect.
Add to my TADA yesterday that I got the garden weeded. Well, I rototilled up and down the rows. Easier than hoeing. LOL! Still gotta get a few weeds right up next to the plants, but looks better now.
Friday, huh. Lessee, I can always work on the house and do the weekly home blessing that I never do. LOL! I have ball practice tonight to run, and return movies I forgot to take back yesterday. Oops. I hate renting movies. And I tried Netflix, but I really couldn't justify the expense, we just don't rent that often. Like maybe once a month, even less than that. I'll just rent them off the PPV and then tape them. DH is trying to figure out how we can go see Star Wars. I KNOW Chance won't behave in a theater, but inlaws are out of town so can't babysit and we want the girls to go, too. Maybe Chance will surprise me and be good. IF we go.
Ok, so I don't have much on a PODA. Will just see what I get done.
We pulled the drapes on the picture window last nite in living room and watched the lightning and counted one,one thousand as the storm came in and went!
I went to docs finally regarding my hives: gave me a predisone pack, and it causes me to buzz buzz buzz! So was up late, and per doc's orders for sleep took 2 benadryls, went into zombie land, til 1:30am, Gabriel, throwing up... lovely, mom is in zombie mode, trying to do laundry and administer the healing touch! Not a good thing...got him moved to couch and meds in him, and fell asleep on couch...DH off today! So we tag teamed and he took over at 6am! I slept til 9am! Wowza!
Poda
transfer sheets and blankets to dryer
remake Gabriels bed
finish cleaning my bedroom
home-school lite!
mow lawn if it dries some! Expecting some more rain this evening!
declutter living room, as we were all in there last nite, becomes collection area!

OK is it time for bed yet?? Just kidding but sheesh this baby girl is wearing me out already today. I better drink some more coffee..
Jenny Good luck with Chance at the movies. I hope it goes well. My little sister(who is 30 now) was just like Chance. Sometimes I think since she was in the delivery room with us that she put a spell on my Alexa. Dh and I are so calm.. and Alexa is so... well she is so not calm LOL.... The only way we ever all went to the movies when we were little was the drive in. There arent any around here anymore though.
Heidi, I am jealous of your planting I haven't done much this year- the weather has been so cold and everytime we do get outside Taz over here has been keeping me busy doing other things like getting her to stop eating those stupid green pinocchio noses we have thousands of. Hopefully I can at least buy some hanging pots for the front porch and maybe some big pots to stand on the back deck.
Vonnie glad things are going much better at work. Its so weird to me that since I only work two days and I am not supervisor anymore I could care less what goes on in my store. I go to work, do my work and go home and forget about it. Really strange feeling but I love it. Glad things seem to be better for you though.
Big waves to everyone!!!
A quick poda and tada:
~cleaned out truck
~cleaned out pocketbook
~1 load laundry washed in the dryer now
~printed out lots of pictures
~jogged 2 miles
~got dressed and blew dry my hair with a baby hanging off my legs
~have to wrap dsil baby shower gift before I go to work Although may be easier to do when I get home when Alexa is in bed
Ok I gotta go. She is dialing the phone and may be calling China
Bye Love Jack
I'm sitting on the sofa using DH's laptop, which is impossible to type on! Even more compact than mine.
On our way to our usual Friday morning group when -- bleah -- DD2 vomits all over the carseat and herself. "I sick Mommy!"
She's been barf-free for over an hour, so I gave her some Cheerios, since she's been pestering me for something. "I hundy Mommy!"
So now we're enjoying the full lineup of PBS: Barney, Sesame Street, now Caillou, likely to be followed by Dragon Tales. Well, that's only a few minutes more than the pediatrican said we should set as a max, right? (She told us 2 hours "screen time" including computers, which seems like a lot for a 2-year-old, but today I won't argue!)
TADAs
Dropped off another mystery mom gift
Cleaned kitchen floor
Cleaned bathtub/gave bath
More laundry
Scrubbed every bit of carseat and rinsed with the hose
Made coffee and started crossword puzzle!
PODA:
Freelance work
More laundry
Unload/reload DW
Get DH to pick up pizza for dinner!

May the barfing not return, Shaun and Anne!
The only times I ever took kids to the theater were when I had nursing babes. Emma's first movie was Return of the King! She slept through most of it, but woke up at the Shelob part, so I missed that until I saw the DVD. I took them to the Tigger movie, once, a long, long time ago. At least one was too young to sit still through it. I think I had three then. I'm not a big movie-goer anyway; DVDs are fine with me. However, I really want to see Star Wars, and I think I have a babysitter so we can go with another couple.
Well, I got up early today (6:30), but only because I had to pick up a friend from the bus station in Athens. She's the one who said she'd babysit for me.
TA DA: I finished painting the alcove last night. If I can empty my digicam, I'll try to take a picture of it soon. DH pronounced it good, so I'm not so negative anymore. Although I still have a crick in my neck. There's still one patch to paint over. Now the furniture needs improving! LOL! Okay, on my yard sale list: new wood dresser for the girls. I can paint their wooden bunk bed (it came from one of the college dorms).
Also TA DA: Cleaned guest bathroom and swept and mopped foyer.
PODA: Fold clean laundry, do more laundry, straighten LR, grocery shop, paint kilz/spackle spot, vacuum girls' room, maybe steam clean carpet?, put furniture and pictures back. ??: for supper.
Submitted by witchiepoo on Sat, 05/28/2005 - 6:28am.
Jana, I am soooooo jealous.
Susannah, I never do the movies either. The nearest theater is 30+ miles away. I just wait for stuff to come out on video. We watched National Treasure last night. It was OK.
I have so much to do this weekend, it's not funny. Oh well, that which does not kill me and all that.
TADA
slept in-really needed it!
PODA
sort dirty laundry, wash, dry and fold as much as possible
empty garbage

pick up annuals for the window boxes and deck planters and perennials for my new huge raised flower bed from Mother's Day
plant flowers
take a shower, trim my hair, shave, and slap some tan in a can on my ghostly legs
dinner: spaghetti for DS13 who has to run 6.2 miles tomorrow
Whew! Better get off my hiney and get busy....
Bye,
-Jo
Well, we saw Star Wars. HOW COOL!!! It was much better than I and II, getting up there with 4, 5, and 6. Really, you have to see it in the theater. Darth Vadar's first breath, that's all I'll say. I cried at a couple or three parts. And everything is all tied together, you totally understand, and sympathize, with why Anikin went to the dark side. Wow. I just wanna bring him back to before he turned to the dark side and got ugly, because he is so darn CUTE!!! I can fantasize about him for a while.
We went to the theater in Clovis, started at 9 (Pville started at 7 and 10. 7 is too early for a farmer to stop the days work, but 10 was too late for the kids). Chance did really well. For Chance. He yelled "OH, NO!!" a few times, and yelled "EWWW, YUCKY!!" at a kissing scene. It was 2 1/2 hours, so he did good.
Ok, I got little flying done, but did do a mad Stash N'Dash when the AC repair guy called and said he was on his way (thanks for the warning). Hopefully, it will be working now. Still cooled off for the next day or two, so we don't get to try it out yet.
Here is a neat ad, if you wanna see:

Jana, yay!!!!
Today, we are going to a wedding this afternoon. That is all I have planned. Yeah, I'm ambitious. I bummed because DH isn't going, decided to haul hay all day instead. Oh, well.
Jenny-DS went to see Star Wars today for a birthday party for a friend of his. Glad Chance behaved for you at the movie. How was the wedding?
susannah-is the girls' room all pink and pretty?
Jana-congrats on your summer break! What did you come up with for the summer goals you were working on?
Hi Everybody!
DH built and installed a gate for our ready to plant veg garden. It rained off and on all day here so we didn't get to plant out our veggie plants yet. Supposed to be nice tomorrow so will try then.
Bought watermelon today...definite sign of summer around here. We almost polished the whole thing off tonight!
DH just finished watching Ladder 49 and Ds is playing a game on the other computer and DD is having dessert before bed and I am going to give myself a Saturday Night Special(hot shower, shave, manicure, pedicure, deep condition, etc). Such is the exciting life here on Wisteria Lane..LOL!!!
Submitted by Susannah on Sat, 05/28/2005 - 4:39pm.
We bought our first one, too! Ate half.
The girls' room still needs one patch painted. I'm so tired, though. I'll try to do it quickly and then take a picture. I'm anxious to put their room back together.
TA DA's:
*First Half of the Day: Went yard saling. Bought a pair of jeans for me, a pretty wallet for me, Tiddlywinks (50 cents!), two Golden books, sandals for Anna Kate, a CD organizer for DH, some hair thingies for me, and a few other items. Anyone know how to use hair sticks? LOL!
*Second Half of the Day: Came home, had children help clean up downstairs. Transferred stuff to my "new" wallet. Washed dishes. Made grilled cheese and tomato soup for (late) lunch. Got everybody ready. Made food for friend. Went to Wal-Mart with kids, grocery shopped and girls spent their $10 gift cards from their grandma. Dropped food off with friend. Came home and had leftovers and watermelon for (late) supper. Now I'm just sitting here putting off bathtime and bedtime. No energy.
Well, my guest room/puter room/office is put back together. Gosh I missed the puter! The room looks great, DH did a great job and it is very uncluttered now, cept for my scrapping corner, which I want to tidy up.
YOu all have been so busy - wow!
My PODA:
clean br
groceries
gardening
tidying in house, especially scrapping stuff
laundry
change sheets
That doesn't look like much, but the gardening alone could take 3 hours. Have a good Sunday everyone!
Andrea
Despite the threatening rain so far we have had pretty good weather this weekend - rain here and there but also long periods of partly sunny skies.
Not much accomplished so far:
nursery duty at church
mini grocery store run
spearheaded toy pickup
PODA
laundry laundry laundry
unload/reload DW
marinate/skewer shrimp, get corn ready for grill
do *something* with my office
vaccuum
set up area for 8 Minutes in the Morning exercises
menus/grocery list for the week
Hmm, that seems a bit much, but hopefully most of it will go quickly.
Happy holiday weekend!
Shaun
"Home is not the one tame place in a world of adventure; it is the one wild place in a world of rules and set tasks." -- G. K. Chesterton
the wedding was nice yesterday. Reception was at her parents house. Small, but nice. Loved the yard. Got home, made a nacho pie and went to a pickin' we had been invited to. Got home about 11. Then up again this morning for church. Took Chance to DH on the tractor so the girls and I wouldn't have to mess with him. After church and SS, DH met us at El Rancho (mexican rest.) for lunch. Now I'm home. Wanna rest for a little bit. Then would really like to have a TADA to post.
Submitted by witchiepoo on Sun, 05/29/2005 - 3:43pm.
Oh, I want some! It still just does not seem like summer here, at all! We have had cloudy/cool weather for 11 of the last 14 days! AARRGGHH.
Got most of the flowers in yesterday. The Mother's Day bed looks so pretty. I put in Stargazer lillies, lupine, irises, glads, pinks, dianthus, and a few other things I'm not so familiar with. I also did windowboxes and deck planters. Now I just need to finish with the front of the house bed, but it needs tillin'.
The marathon went well. DS13's team finished in 4:16. Must be nice to be young. It was kinda hard being there with my big, fat butt in my jeans. Last year I ran half and this year I just watched. Maybe next year.
I have big weekly-blessing-plus plans for tomorrow, so I'll go now and rest up.
Bye,
-Jo
Jo, gosh your gardens sound nice! I bought my flowers today, but have yet to put them in. We did weed and edge the existing gardens though. Don't worry about the marathon, you are not 13!!!
Jenny, the wedding sounds nice. I like small weddings, maybe I can talk DD into one when she is ready!
Shaun, I'm interested in the 8 minute exercise thing, I have slacked off on my exercise lately, so hard to fit it in.
Well, I got a lot done today with the help of DH. Just need to plant those flowers tomorrow. We are going to our parade and then doing chicken BBQ here.
Have a great Memorial day all -
Well,we got our fencing up and all veggie plants in. My knees and back are paying for it! We put in corn, many types of tomamtoes, many types of peppers, zucchini, squash, pumpkins, melons, green beans, eggplants. i still need to get lettuces and radishes.
Brought Chinese in for dinner tonight, new place, not too impressed. Better than having to cook though!
We are planning on going to our old neighborhood for the parade and then a barbecue t my friend's parent's home.

Thanks Susannah! I hope I don't sound too cranky in my post. I'll be OK, I'm just dreading it because I'm such a homebody and running around from event to event sucks my will to live. I'm trying to dredge up some courage and gird my loins for battle with introversion.
The best part is once I'm through this craziness, which includes my leaving my job, don't forget, I'll be home, home, home, home! It's gonna be an emotional three weeks in many ways. But I'll try to breathe deep and seek peace. Thanks for your encouragement.
-Jo
Oh, I love big weddings! This wedding was a couple from the Church of Christ (no drinking, no dancing, really no music). So they really can't do much but a bit of food and mingle. I love weddings with a big dance. Ok, a hoe down if you will. LOL! And lots of FOOD!! This wedding just had some finger food, which was good. MY wedding was a big BBQ sit down dinner (well, it was served buffet). And you gotta have some alcohol. First toast. And you have to laugh at the folk that have too much to drink (that's been me once or twice! LOL!). Of course, I can't do that NOW. Most of our family weddings are like that. Country weddings.
Oh, we went to one a few years ago. A cousin married this guy whose dad is a BBQ caterer. OMG!!! You wouldn't believe all the FOOD! Grilled corn on the cob, and the meat and ribs!!! And kegs of beer! AND a Margarita Machine. It was held in a barn, was really neat. My reception was at the VFW, so there was a bar there.
Ok, I'll stop. I love big weddings with lots of food and dancing. The perfect wedding.
Monday and big cleaning plans...woo woo get a life AnneP!
Morning! Thanks for the new
Morning! Thanks for the new thread, Anne.
Have a nice day!
Where IS everyone!!!??? Andr
Where IS everyone!!!??? Andrea, Jana, Susannah, I've seen you guys online. I know you are out there!!!

checking in from crazytown
Nothing FLY-related to report from today, though I did clean a lot yesterday.

did freelance work
PODA
fold kitchen linens
new load of laundry
make quesadillas w/ refried beans for dinner

HI guys -
Yes I am here reading Jenny!
Still lots of field trips, homework, etc. to go.
Hi Jana!
Hi Anne - how did all your cleaning go? I cleaned my FR that way over my spring break and it felt SO good.
OK, gotta run!

That Loud Sucking Sound You Hear
Is just my ambition, patience, and sanity draining away. School is out here on June 10th (DS14 on the 15th), but before that there is a 3 week period of total insanity. We are out straight and in 4 different direction at once, AND DH is still trying to get that building done. He has run into some delays, so the opening of the new business will probably be right, smack in the midst of it all. Calgon, take me away!
TADA from last night:
caught up on the laundry
dishes
swept
bathrooms
counters, sink, & stove
flung
PODA

I hope I'll have time to pop in and post some. If not, look for me on June 11th!
Goodnight,
-Jo
Hello, I'm here
Wow, Shaun, so sorry about the work troubles.
LOL!
Love,
Susannah
Jo...
Whew! You need it worse than me! I'll be praying for you, too.
Y'all have a late end-of-school date. My kids don't know school is supposed to be over for other kids. Hahahahah!
Another day, another game.
Another day, another game.
Good Morning
* Laundry - put away two loads; one load in washer & one in dryer now
* Unload & reload dishwasher
* Changed purses
* Organized my to do list for work & personal
* Had my quiet time/devotions before DD got up
Well, I need to run. I need to get dressed and take out a bag of trash to cart at the curb.
Cya!
Vonnie
No games here
Y'all are making me grateful!
No clean carpets, yet, but only because we were low on the soap. So DH is going out to get supplies today. After he rests up a bit.
TA DA:
With stationery her aunt had sent (hint hint).
*Roast in crockpot
*Jello salad chilling until I can put it together
*Breakfast made
*I am dressed
*Helped DD address a thank-you letter to her aunt. She wrote it all by herself!
Uh oh. Emma has a runny nose.
Later!
Susannah

Dropped off Eric to school(big field trip~3 rivers), and that is the end! Gabriel is home officially, I talked with his kinder teach, and she said, come in Friday sometime, and I'll give you his final report card!

"Home is not the one tame place in a world of adventure; it is the one wild place in a world of rules and set tasks." -- G. K. Chesterton
Gooood Morning!
Good Afternoon! TADA morn

DD feels better but still has a lingering cough so will take her to get a culture tomorrow after school. My kids have never had strep but one never knows????!!!!
Well time to hit the books with DS
Heidi
Good Afternoon
Looks like you all are staying busy as usual, we are as well. It's HOT here, staying indoors as much as possible.
Sort of trying to form some good habits and break some bad. What can I say; I'm a work in progress...

I've been going threw my own form of "boot camp" for the last couple weeks. Working on the house, routines, 27 fling boogin, and also trying to develop some better eating/exercising habits
Too much to TADA but I am reading along everyday. gotta run, savannah's awake. see yall in a bit.
JL
Lil bit better
Love,
Susannah
It's Midweek
I swapped my hours today & don't go to the office until 12:30/12:45. We're having our annual work comp audit & I figured it would be easier for me to be on site if she has any questions (which she almost always does), instead of the office calling me and having to deal with DD screaming while I'm trying to talk (that's a semi-new thing with her).
So, I have gotten a few things done around the house this morning so far:
* Folded load of towels; have load of dark clothes washing
* Made up both beds
* RSVP b'day party for DD Saturday
* Make personal to-do list for today through Friday
* Reviewed my work to-do list for today
* Checked my menu plan for today
* Clipped coupons from Sunday's paper & purged my coupon file of expired ones
My PODA:
* Unload dishwasher
* Put chicken out to thaw for dinner
* More laundry - dry dark load; wash a light load
* Get a newspaper so I can get grocery ads
* Make a menu plan & grocery list
* Get w/friend to give her b'day card & gift
* Work at office 12:30-3:30
* Clean bathroom
I hope y'all have a great & productive day!

last day of middle school
today is DS's last day of middle school.

Ugh, Anne!! I don't wanna wa
Well, better go!
Good Afternoon! Yes,Jenny,
Good Afternoon!
Have a good one!

It's hot. my AC is working, just not as cool as it should.
I'm bored. Maybe I'll play a game or something.
Hi Flyfriends!!!

~get address of friend and send her invitation finally
~print out some pics
~water plants
~wrap stuff for Dsil baby shower Saturday. Get organized with stuff I need to bring to decorate

Another Day...
...another emergency milk run.
Later!
Susannah
Susannah, I fed the kids at 9
Susannah, I fed the kids at 9:30, too.
Well, That's 3 of Us Feeding 'Em Late!
My TADAs:
* Laundry - folded towels, DH's uniforms & a dark load; last load of lights are in dryer now
* Unloaded dishwasher
* Made cinnamon rolls for b'fast
* Baked two dishes of brownies
* Have a loaf of wheat berry bread in the bread machine as we speak
* Started a grocery list
* Made up both beds
* Clean out the refrigerator
Vonnie
Actually, that's four of us!
Actually, that's four of us!
We had pizza and wings at 8:30 last night due to a baseball game!
DH is painting our guest room/computer room so our puter is out of service for 4 or 5 days! So I'm breaking my rule and posting at work! Still checking in when I can. At least he's painting.
OK, I should run -
Andrea
I would not worry to much about party favors!
Just another thing to worry about IMO.
Guys!!!! I get off in about 40 min and then have to come in for a couple of hours in the a.m. and I AM DONE!!!!!!! I get until August 4th off!!!!
YIIPPPPEEEE! See me dancing!!!!!
Jana
Woo hoo!
Shaun
"Home is not the one tame place in a world of adventure; it is the one wild place in a world of rules and set tasks."
-- G. K. Chesterton
Do you live in NM?
Well, At Least It's Friday
* Get beds made
* See if there's enough clothes to make a load of anything
* Get showered and dressed, makeup done
* Work at office
Cya!

Well, better get on with the day.
Heidi
Mornin' all!!
An evening of lightning storms with surround sound!
We pulled the drapes on the picture window last nite in living room and watched the lightning and counted one,one thousand as the storm came in and went!
lovely, mom is in zombie mode, trying to do laundry and administer the healing touch! Not a good thing...got him moved to couch and meds in him, and fell asleep on couch...DH off today! So we tag teamed and he took over at 6am! I slept til 9am! Wowza!
I went to docs finally regarding my hives: gave me a predisone pack, and it causes me to buzz buzz buzz! So was up late, and per doc's orders for sleep took 2 benadryls, went into zombie land, til 1:30am, Gabriel, throwing up...

Hi Flyfriends!!
Heidi, I am jealous of your planting
I haven't done much this year- the weather has been so cold and everytime we do get outside Taz over here has been keeping me busy doing other things like getting her to stop eating those stupid green pinocchio noses we have thousands of.

Wahhhh! Another weekend ruined?

Maybe it was an anomaly
Later!
Susannah
I am done!!!! Till August 4th at least!
Oh my gosh this is a good feeling. Being off AND gettin' paid! I could get used to this!
Well, tonight I am going to sit down and make some goals for the summer!
I will list sometime this weekend. We are painting my grandmothers house so it may be Monday before I check back in.............
Happy Weekend to all!
Jana
Yay Jana!!!
Enjoy your summer, milk the joy out of every last minute!!
Kerri.
Lovely Long Weekend!

Whew! Better get off my hiney and get busy....
Bye,
-Jo
fun!

Oh, well.
Ya'll have a nice day!
Good Evening! Jenny-DS wen
Good Evening!
Heidi
Watermelon
No energy.
Must go do what I gotta do.
Love,
Susannah
I'm back
HI guys!
Andrea
sunny day
Despite the threatening rain so far we have had pretty good weather this weekend - rain here and there but also long periods of partly sunny skies.
Not much accomplished so far:
nursery duty at church
mini grocery store run
spearheaded toy pickup
PODA
laundry laundry laundry
unload/reload DW
marinate/skewer shrimp, get corn ready for grill
do *something* with my office
vaccuum
set up area for 8 Minutes in the Morning exercises
menus/grocery list for the week
Hmm, that seems a bit much, but hopefully most of it will go quickly.
Happy holiday weekend!
Shaun

the wedding was nice yesterda
the wedding was nice yesterday.
Watermelon!
Bye,
-Jo
gardens
Have a great Memorial day all -
Andrea
Good Evening! Well,we got

Better run.....
Heidi
New thread comin' right up!
New thread comin' right up!
Awww...
Thi
