I've been thinking about this a while but haven't really clarified the details in my mind, I just thought I'd check to see if there's much interest first.
I wondered if some of the homeschoolers, or anyone else with kids, would be interested in having them write to each other? It would be good handwriting practice and the kids could exchange photos, postcards, whatever, from their country or State if they wanted to. At first I thought of pairing the children up according to age, but then I thought it wouldn't matter if, for instance, my DS13 wrote to a younger child or vice versa. The younger ones could draw a picture and write a few sentences, the older child could do something more at their age level.
I think it would be fun and educational for our children to get to know each other and our families, and to find out about each other's lives too. Any thoughts?
