go back to the old thread if you're wondering why I'm starting a brand new thread already a few days before the end of the month and on a Tuesday (don't think any of us would benefit from a Monday startup anyway!).
So here's my challenege, and I want everyone who comes here, lurkers included, to commit to something:
what is one small thing you can commit to that will benefit your life. Really tiny is great. Just anything at all, but commit to it, and in writing here in front of witnesses.
this is something along the lines of me saying I need to get in another drink between my morning tea and the afternoon. I want to come up with something new though. Lenora's on a new facial routine, but maybe somebody else could commit to one small part of something like that. Or to changing their toothbrush more regularly, or to moisturising one small part of your body every morning/evening, whether it's feet or hands or somewhere else entirely!
You get the gist... something really small. It may be snowing in Ohio, but over here it's too hot to do anything which requires real effort, and drinking more is a good place to start. When I come up with something brilliant that I KNOW I can commit to I'll add it.
