Prepare For Freakish Weather On The Way

Anhata's picture

Three big storm systems are forcasted to hit the US by Friday from the west and south then converge on the Midwest. The only places NOT expected to be affected are some areas east of the Appalachian Mountains. My area, the Pacific Northwest, is expected to get very very cold with potential for lots of snow and ice. Hard to believe as it's freakishly warm outside right now, a record breaking 63 degrees.

Here's the article:

So batten down the hatches, check your flashlight batteries, go to the grocery store, and otherwise prepare for "something wicked this way comes."

Just curious why you chose the story from that paticular paper? Are you from S.C. ?

Duh

And I emailed it to family in SC and IN and never noticed the date either.
Laughing out loud

Ignore original post please.

No, a relative sent it to me, and, to my shame, I read the date on it wrong not realizing that the story was from two weeks ago, not this week. I weathered both the ice up here in Oregon and the mudslides in CA and when I got the email with this story attached when I got back from CA I thought that more of the same was on the way. But it's not. It's supposed to be mild in the 50's for the next week.

Sorry for the dumb-dumb.

Sorry 'bout that

I've self-administered the Dope-Slap.
