My goodness...I really thought I was gonna be higher...I felt kinda good about the 48. I have really tried to relax, and think if I took this 1 or 2 years ago...it would have been much higher...now if I can just lower my cholesteral.

I'm also more of a "self-oriented perfectionist" -- I tend not to be so hard on others. And I really have learned that people don't like it when you take over for them! Laughing out loud
