Cause & Effect

It's been a wild day around here today. It got me to thinking about cause and effect. I found it interesting to break it down. Try breaking down your day!

Effect: I shut the alarm off setting my day on a downhill slide (lateness).

Cause: Exhaustion

Effect: The sound of MmmmYeowwww! Hiss! Spit!Grrrr! accompanied by the Thunk! of folded clean clothing being knocked off the folding table.

All because: Only one cat bowl had food in it.

Effect: Kid fight
Cause: Cat fight

Effect: Dad and Kids fight
Cause: Kid fight

Effect: Kitchen cleaned
Cause: Dad and Kids fight

The list goes on. Now if I could just get rid of some of the causes maybe things would run smoother, but who am I to complain. In the end, the kitchen got cleaned!
