Making a (very little, tiny in fact) difference

A visit to the Lion Brand Yarn website's free patterns section several months ago prompted me to email them that I wish they somehow indexed or otherwise marked on the free patterns which skill level they are.
They sent me back a form letter thanking me for my suggestion: "appreciate hearing from our customers" and so on.
I went there today and found that they had, in fact, recently added a skill level to their patterns, "Beginner" "Easy" "Intermediate" etc. I preened for about five seconds because I fancied that my comments might have helped nudge them along.
Some fiber artist's life may be a little easier now when pattern searching at Lion Brand online. It's not much, but it's something. I take my ego massages where I can.

Good for you
If nobody feeds back they might never know. This is often my excuse when having a bit of a whinge about things - I do try to be constructive. Very nice to actually see a result though!

I live for feedback
If I didn't get feedback from you guys I'd never know if things were broken, etc.

I think it's great when people (esp. those good at organization) come up with helpful suggestions. You probably have a gift for that!
