Dragon-girl Strikes Again!

Another good one from my DD9, who is totally into dragons, dragon lore, dragon-ology, etc:

Friday evening while DD14 had friends over for a "video party," DD9 kept herself busy in her room. sometime in the course of the evening, she hung a sign on her door. On it she has a picture of a fire-breathing dragon (complete with wings and fangs, of course!)

The big letters at the top of the sing read, "Welcome to my little corner of the world."

One the left side, in smaller letters she wrote "Thrive in your own corner." (Sweet, huh?)

On the right side she wrote, "Get eaten in mine!"

OMGosh! She just kills me!

DH and I got a good giggle out of that one, Lenora.

Tonight DD5 gave me a sweet memory. She was telling me that a girl at school had a "crush" on a boy in her class. I asked her what that meant. She said, "I don't know," and then she said, "I think I've got a crush on you!"

awwwww....

She is really Mommy's Girl lately. Gotta enjoy it while it lasts!
