Infertility suggestion

Great idea for a thread of perhaps "little known" things to help folks dealing with infertility.

I've not heard that about caffeine before.Is that the woman only, or both?

To add one: We were told by the doctor for DH to wear boxers instead of jockey shorts, since jockey shorts hold heat close to the body,etc. Didn't work for us, but it did for another couple we know. They laughed when I told them what the doctor had said, but tried it anyway. It worked.

Hi, I'm new to TNH (Lovin' it!). I was clicking around and this subject caught my attention. I finally had my baby at age 43 with lots of help from science (IVF) and let me tell you - - my long journey to coceive led me to try allllll kinds of things. But here's an easy one if anyone is trying right now: cough syrup like Robitussin. It loosens mucus in your resp tract soooooooo - apply same theory to cervical mucus (use during your ovulatory phase). It didn't work for me but it supposedly has for others. IVF turned out to be the last resort and I guess I am lucky that at my age it worked, considering I took my poor little eggs to every bar, rock concert and late night parties all those years
