AnneP aka Rooney :) comes home!
Thank you first for all the kind thoughts and hugs. Even My DH was touched. That was very kind.
The surgery went well. Total Adominal Hysterectomy, my right ovary wouldn't stop bleeding, so they took that, and the left one was as healthy as could be, so they left it, and I get to wait and do menapause naturally.
The hospital stay, is as they are, good staff and bad staff. Was up and moving second day, and dressed in clothes 3rd day begging to go home. They relented, and I walked out with each of my kids holding a flower or plant and a smile a mile wide. Recovery is slow, but I have a great support of friends here. I will be flying again in a few weeks, but low to the ground.

Welcome home!
I'm glad your left ovary was healthy. Rest up!
Welcome home!
Welcome home Anne! Wish I could "beam up" a casserole or something to your house. Becky is right, don't worry about flying, just rest. You can always jump back on with baby steps when you are well.
Andrea
Enjoy watching the kids
being voluntarily helpful for a change!
I'm glad your physical recovery has made a good start. Don't forget that with something like there must also be a psychological recovery - remember to look after that side too.
take care Anne ok, and ignore the house. The mess will still be there, and if you teach the kids to pick up little bits here and there, follow instructions, it will stay under relative control for a while.
Kerri.
Welcome back Anne
Glad to hear you are home and on the mend. Remember the essence of flying - Baby Steps!

Anne!
Welcome home! Prayers for a speedy recovery for you. I'm so glad everything went well and you still have one ovary. Blessings to you and your wonderful family!

Beamed casserole :)
Andrea~That is so funny! I have such a good cluster of friends around me. I have always been the one to do for others. It is a learning process for me to recieve. My kids love dinner, who's coming tonite. The phone rings and one of my friends say, "set the table, wash your hands, dinner is on it's way" It is always a surprise and so so yummy. I know I have 4 kids, but these ladies cook for an army! It is a blessing.
Although my DH could teach the FlyLady a thing or two about organization. He is so cute, folding the laundry. He was talking to me, raised one finger, oops, I forgot...I've got to water the plants. I beamed.
Kerri~the psychological recovery~loseing the ability to ever have a child is a hard one. But I have 4 children I would never know if my uterus had been a healthy one. But I will keep my psychi in check, and thank you for helping me think that way also.
Shaun~baby steps is all I got right now.
Beck~My DH moved the recliner into our room, so I don't feel like I've been banished sleeping on the couch. So I will sleep good tonite, just hearing him breath.
Thank you Susannah~Your prayers are coveted. They work. Thank you.
