Is Big Brother watching my daughter?

I just got a letter in the mail from my health insurance company in which they expressed their concern that my daughter may not be getting the appropriate health care. Seems they've noticed that Danika hasn't gotten the Hep B series (although she's in the process of getting that at the health dept.) and the Chicken pox vaccine (which we won't be doing until she's 10, if she never gets chicken pox). They sent me a vaccine schedule and a form to have my doctor fill out at the pediatrician appointment I am supposed to make to discuss this issue with my daughter's doctor.

ARE THEY SERIOUS??

Are they threatening me? What are they going to do if they don't get their form back or notice in 6 months that (according to their records) Danika still hasn't gotten those vaccines? I know that these are questions for them, not you guys, but this letter arrived about 1/2 an hour ago and I am really freaked out. Are they going to try to get us for neglect if we don't do what they think we should be doing? Is it legal for them to interfere like this?

Help!
