A week for OJ

should be fine I'd think, even if it was intended to be frozen. I'm sure I've left fresh stuff longer than that and it's been okay.

safety question

I got groceries on Wednesday. I put the frozen orange juice concentrate in the fridge because I did not have enough freezer space for the little bitty can-- I got too much frozen food. Then I got busy and forgot about it. Is it still safe to mix up and drink the orange juice? I have not opened the can.

OJ Safety

I'd probably mix it up and smell it! Yucky orange juice usually has a smell (don't ask me how I know that! Sticking out tongue )

There is probably a 1-800- number on the can or a customer service link on their web-site where you could ask them, too.

I think if your fridge is cold (38 f or so) it should be fine!

thanks!

I'll do that.
