After the conversation some of us are having in the forum about PPD, one of my hot buttons, I've started chucking links into the weblink directory [0], and if you've got some good resources please do the same. I'm actively seeking out a PPD specialist to come do a chat with us at least once, hopefully ongoing. In the meantime, the Online Postpartum Support Page runs a set of chats throughout the week [1]. If you have PPD, call your doctor or therapist. They WILL understand! NO ONE should be ashamed of PPD. It happens to the most spectacular mothers around, and it's not your fault. Not getting help is just not an option.
