I ordered this having read favourable reviews. It arrived today, and I'm hoping it will reduce my waistline, save me some money and help us eat more healthily.

I wondered if anyone here has it? Has it helped you? Any favourite recipes from it?

Sounds like a good cookbook; is it working for you? Your waistline I mean.

I love Southern Living Cookbooks, but they are not good for the waistline!!!
