Good All Year
Sure it says Christmas in the title. But you can make these in July and most people would be none the wiser, though they might possibly end up dusted with powdered sugar. More than 75 recipes for all the favorites and many you've probably never seen or heard of, all clearly laid out for variations, techniques, provenance and more. We found our family favorite recipe in here--honigleibkuchen, honey gingerbread, from Germany. (Roll thin, don't overbake.)
